Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tsugite ("Service"), operated by the Tsugite team ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Tsugite forwards emails received in your Gmail inbox from specific senders to Slack channels of your choice, based on rules you configure.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You authenticate using your Google account; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Usage Limits, and Fair Use

The Service offers the following plans:

  • Free: 1 forwarding rule, up to 100 emails forwarded per calendar month.
  • Pro ($1/month or $10/year): up to 200 forwarding rules, up to 10,000 emails forwarded per calendar month.

The Pro plan is subject to fair use. The limits are designed for personal and small-team productivity. We may rate-limit, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exhibit automated, bot-like, abusive, or commercial high-volume usage that materially exceeds the typical patterns of human use, even within the stated numerical limits.

Counts reset at the beginning of each calendar month (UTC). Unused capacity does not roll over.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized access to others' mailboxes;
  • Forward spam, malware, phishing content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to operate a competing forwarding service;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from compiled artifacts beyond what is permitted by law;
  • Use automated means to create accounts, scrape, or stress-test the Service.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Tsugite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail content to train generalized AI/ML models.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for missed or delayed forwarding caused by Gmail, Slack, Google Pub/Sub, network providers, or other third parties.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 20, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including violations of fair use or prohibited use.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
